Sri Lankan ETA Service Team belongs to VISA ONLINE SERVICES PTE. LTD. (“we,” “us,” “our”) and provides its ETA processing and related travel services to you in part through our website (the “Websites”) and through its mobile applications (collectively, such services and applications, including any new features, and the sites, the “Service(s)”), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the “Terms of Service”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time.
If we do this, we will post the changes on this website (This Site) and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. We will also notify you, either through the services user interface or through other reasonable means. Any such changes will become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after they are posted, except that changes addressing new functions of the services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICE
Member Account, Password, and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Sri Lankan ETA Service Team of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the service. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team (we, us, our) will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Modifications to Service: Sri Lankan ETA Service Team the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Mobile Services: The service includes certain services that are available via a mobile device (collectively, the “Mobile Services”). To the extent you access the service through a mobile device, your wireless service carrier’s standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. In addition, downloading, installing, or using certain Mobile Services may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all Mobile Services may work with all carriers or devices. By using the Mobile Services, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding Sri Lankan ETA Service Team and other entities by SMS, MMS, text message or other electronic means to your mobile device and that certain information about your usage of the Mobile Services may be communicated to us. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to promptly update your account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number.
The regulation surrounding our website is subject to change without notice. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team is not responsible for such changes or for any delay or loss relating to such changes. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team will not be liable for any costs, damages, and expenses from any fault or cause whatsoever, and including but not limited to liability for changes in travel, travel interruption, or prevention or limitation of travel and resulting expenses and costs, whether such damages, expenses or costs be incidental, direct, consequential, special, exemplary, or otherwise, and including but not limited to loss of profits or income, in excess of the Sri Lankan ETA Service fees paid by customer for ETA processing, regardless of circumstances, whether or not Sri Lankan ETA Service Team had knowledge that such damages might be incurred and whether or not Sri Lankan ETA Service Team Advisor may be, or may be responsible for, a contributing cause. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team will not be responsible in any respect or for any amount for delay or loss caused by events that we cannot or do not control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, war, acts of public enemies, civil commotions, strikes, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including the Government system being down). Sri Lankan ETA Service Team is not responsible for the actions or inaction of the Government of Sri Lanka officials and personnel. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team is not and shall not be responsible for the actions and inactions of the Government of Sri Lanka. Processing time for the tourist ETA is quoted by us as approximations based on our experience with the Government of Sri Lanka website. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team is not and shall not be responsible for processing times. ETA requirement for Sri Lanka regarding the Sri Lankan ETA is established by the Government of Sri Lanka and is subject to change without notice. While Sri Lankan ETA Service Team strives to provide complete and current information, we cannot guarantee that the information supplied is the most complete and current. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team is not and shall not be responsible for such information. Once a travel ETA is processed, we have a strict no-refund policy because the Government of Sri Lanka has the same strict no refund policy. There is no exception.
ADDITIONAL RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Sri Lankan ETA Service Team expressly reserves the right to deny, cancel, terminate, suspend, lock, or modify access to (or control of) any Account or Services for any reason (as determined by Sri Lankan ETA Services Team in its sole and absolute discretion), including but not limited to the following: (i) to correct mistakes made by Sri Lankan ETA Service Team in offering or delivering any services (ii) to protect the integrity and stability of, and correct mistakes made by, any our partner, (iii) to assist with our fraud and abuse detection and prevention efforts, (iv) to comply with court orders against you and applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations, (v) to comply with requests of law enforcement, including subpoena requests, (vi) to comply with any dispute resolution process, (vii) to defend any legal action or threatened legal action without consideration for whether such legal action or threatened legal action is eventually determined to be with or without merit, or (viii) to avoid any civil or criminal liability on the part of Sri Lankan ETA Service Team, its officers, directors, employees and agents, as well as Sri Lankan ETA Service Team affiliates, including, but not limited to, instances where you have sued or threatened to sue Sri Lankan ETA Service Team. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team expressly reserves the right to terminate, without notice to you, any and all services where, in Sri Lankan ETA Service Team sole discretion, you are harassing or threatening Sri Lankan ETA Service Team and/or any Sri Lankan ETA Service Team’s employees.
Third Party Material: Under no circumstances will Sri Lankan ETA Service Team be liable in any way for any content or materials of any third parties (including users), including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such content. You acknowledge that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team does not pre-screen content, but that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the service. Without limiting the foregoing, Sri Lankan ETA Service Team and its designees will have the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed by Sri Lankan ETA Service Team, in its sole discretion, to be otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.
Limitation Of Liability: In no event shall Sri Lankan ETA Service Team, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and all third party service providers, be liable to you or any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever, including any that may result from (i) the accuracy, completeness, or content of this site, (ii) the accuracy, completeness, or content of any sites linked (through hyperlinks, banner advertising or otherwise) to this site, (iii) the services found at this site or any sites linked (through hyperlinks, banner advertising or otherwise) to this site, (iv) personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever, (v) third-party conduct of any nature whatsoever, (vi) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all content, personal information, financial information or other information and data stored therein, (vii) any interruption or cessation of services to or from this site or any sites linked (through hyperlinks, banner advertising or otherwise) to this site, (viii) any viruses, worms, bugs, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or from this site or any sites linked (through hyperlinks, banner advertising or otherwise) to this site, (ix) any content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, harmful to minors or any protected class, pornographic, "x-rated", obscene or otherwise objectionable, and/or (x) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of this site or the services found at this site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal or equitable theory, and whether or not Sri Lankan ETA online service team is advised of the possibility of such damages. In addition, you specifically acknowledge and agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to this site or the services found at this site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise such cause of action shall be permanently barred. + In addition, you specifically acknowledge and agree that in no event shall Sri Lankan ETA Service Team total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the particular services that are the subject of the cause of action. the foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and shall survive any termination or expiration of this agreement or your use of this site or the services found at this site.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
You acknowledge and agree that your Payment Method may be charged by Sri Lankan ETA Service Team.
1. GENERAL TERMS, INCLUDING AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
You agree to pay any and all prices and fees due for services purchased or obtained at this site at the time you order the services. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team expressly reserves the right to change or modify its prices and fees at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be posted online at this site and effective immediately without the need for further notice to you. If you have purchased or obtained services for a period of months or years, changes or modifications in prices and fees shall be effective when the services in question come up for renewal as further described below. Except as prohibited in any product-specific agreement, you may pay for services by utilizing any of the following "Payment Methods" by using PayPal (temporarily CLOSED for maintenance). For services that offer "Express Checkout", clicking the Express Checkout button will automatically place an order for that service and charge the primary Payment Method on file for your Account. Confirmation of that order will be sent to the email address on file for your Account. Your Payment Method on file must be kept valid if you have any active services in your Account. You acknowledge and agree that where refunds are issued to your Payment Method, Sri Lankan ETA Service Team’s issuance of a refund receipt is only confirmation that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team has submitted your refund to the Payment Method charged at the time of the original sale, and that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team has absolutely no control over when the refund will be applied towards your Payment Method's available balance. You further acknowledge and agree that the payment provider and/or individual issuing bank associated with your Payment Method establish and regulate the time frames for posting your refund, and that such refund posting time frames may range from five (5) business days to a full billing cycle, or longer.
Fees: To the extent the service or any portion thereof is made available for any fee, you may be required to provide Sri Lankan ETA Online Service Team information regarding your Credit/Debit Card or another payment instrument. You represent and warrant to Sri Lankan ETA Service Team that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or Credit/Debit Card expiration date) that may occur. If you dispute any charges you must let Sri Lankan ETA Service Team know within sixty (60) days after the date that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team charges you. We reserve the right to change our prices. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team may choose to bill through an invoice, in which case, full payment for invoices issued in any given month must be received by Sri Lankan ETA Service Team thirty (30) days after the mailing date of the invoice, or the services may be terminated, you agree that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team may pursue all available lawful remedies in order to obtain payment, including but not limited to, immediate cancellation, without notice to you, of any services registered on your behalf. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team also reserves the right to charge you reasonable "administrative fees" or "processing fees" for tasks Sri Lankan ETA Service Team may perform outside the normal scope of its services, additional time and/or costs Sri Lankan ETA Service Team may incur in providing its services, and/or your noncompliance with this Agreement (as determined by Sri Lankan ETA Service Team in its sole and absolute discretion). Typical administrative or processing fee scenarios include, but are not limited to customer service issues that require additional personal time or attention; recouping any and all costs and fees, including the cost of services, incurred by Sri Lankan ETA Service Team as the results of chargebacks or other payment disputes brought by you, your bank or Payment Method processor. These administrative fees or processing fees will be billed to the Payment Method you have on file with Sri Lankan ETA Service Team.
Sri Lankan ETA Service Team may offer product-level pricing in various currencies; however, transaction processing is supported only in USD (US Dollar) and a select number of the currency options displayed on this site ("Supported Currency" or "Supported Currencies"). If the currency selected is a Supported Currency, then the transaction will be processed in the Supported Currency and the pricing displayed during the checkout process will be the actual amount processed and submitted to your bank for payment. If the currency selected is not a Supported Currency, then the transaction will be processed in US Dollar and the pricing displayed during the checkout process will be an estimated conversion price at the time of purchase. In either case (whether the currency selected is a Supported Currency or not), if the transaction is processed in a currency that differs from the currency of your bank account, you may be charged exchange rate conversion fees by your bank. In addition, due to time differences between the time you complete the checkout process, the time the transaction is processed, and the time the transaction posts to your bank statement, the conversion rates may fluctuate, and Sri Lankan ETA Service Team makes no representations or warranties that the amount submitted to your bank for payment will be the same as the amount posted to your bank statement (in the case of a Supported Currency) or the estimated conversion price will be the same as either the amount processed or the amount posted to your bank statement (in the case of a non-supported Currency), and you agree to waive any and all claims based upon such discrepancies (including any and all claims for a refund based on the foregoing).
2. PROCESSING TIME
- Standard: You can get a Sri Lankan ETA within 3 business days.
- Emergency: You can get a Sri Lankan ETA within 1 business day.
- Rush: You can get a Sri Lankan ETA within 1 - 3 business hours.
- The processing time is up to 3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public holidays.
3. PAY BY PAYPAL (temporarily CLOSED for maintenance)
By using Sri Lankan ETA Service Team 's pay by PayPal payment option (PayPal), you can purchase services by using PayPal that you agree to allow PayPal to debit the full amount of your purchase from your PayPal account (PayPal Account) or from Credit/Debit Card, bank account, or other allowed payment method linked to your PayPal Account. It is your responsibility to keep your PayPal Account and PayPal Funding Source current and funded, and your PayPal Account backed by a valid Credit/Debit Card. You acknowledge and agree that PayPal reserves the right to decline a transaction for any reason (including, but not limited to, payments that fail to go through as a result of your PayPal Account or PayPal Funding Source no longer existing or not holding available/sufficient funds) and in such event, neither PayPal nor Sri Lankan ETA Service Team shall be liable to you or any third party regarding the same. If for any reason PayPal is unable to withdraw the full amount owed for your purchase, you agree that PayPal and Sri Lankan ETA Service Team may pursue all available lawful remedies in order to obtain payment. By clicking the box labeled "I agree" or "Process to Payment" to the terms of the PayPal payment option, you authorize a debit of the full amount of your purchase from your PayPal Account or PayPal Funding Source.
4. CURRENCY CONVERSION
We are use USD (US Dollar) as the list price for all our services. The price of services and products must be paid in USD (US Dollar) for any payment by Credit/Debit Card Method. For transactions involving a currency exchange rates are derived by the bank. These amounts may differ due to currency convert with your local currency. Credit/Debit Card statement might appear USD (US Dollar) depend on the payment method you selected. This term only applies for Credit/Debit Card payment option only, not for other options like Paypal (temporarily CLOSED for maintenance) account or Wire Transfer.
User Content Transmitted Through the Service: With respect to the content or other materials you upload through the service or share with other users or recipients, including reviews, comments and other content (collectively, “User Content”), you represent and warrant that you own all right, title and interest in and to such User Content, including, without limitation, all copyrights and rights of publicity contained therein. By uploading any User Content you hereby grant and will grant Sri Lankan ETA Service Team and its affiliated companies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, display, upload, perform, distribute, store, modify and otherwise use your User Content in connection with the operation of the service or the promotion, advertising or marketing thereof, in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed.
You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the service (“Submissions”), provided by you to Sri Lankan ETA Service Team are non-confidential and Sri Lankan ETA Service Team will be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You acknowledge and agree that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process, applicable laws or Government requests; (b) enforce these Terms of Service; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Sri Lankan ETA Service Team, its users and the public. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the service, including your content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES
Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
Social Networking Services
In addition, Sri Lankan ETA Service Team is not responsible for the accuracy, availability or reliability of any information, content, goods, data, opinions, advice or statements made available in connection with Social Networking Services. As such, Sri Lankan ETA Service Team is not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such Social Networking Services. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team enables these features merely as a convenience and the integration or inclusion of such features does not imply an endorsement or recommendation.
Indemnity and Release
You agree to release, indemnify and hold Sri Lankan ETA Service Team and its affiliates and their officers, employees, directors and agent harmless from any from any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind and injury (including death) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, any User Content, your connection to the service, your violation of these Terms of Service or your violation of any rights of another.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the service is at your sole risk, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Sri Lankan ETA Service Team makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, or the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations.
You agree that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the service and remove and discard any content within the service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or ETA Online Service Team believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Sri Lankan ETA Service Team may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the service under any provision of this Terms of Service may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the service. Further, you agree that Sri Lankan ETA Service Team will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the service.
COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS
Sri Lankan ETA Service Team makes no representation or warranty that the content available on this site or the services found at this site are appropriate in every country or jurisdiction, and access to this site or the services found at this site from countries or jurisdictions where its content is illegal is prohibited. Users who choose to access this site or the services found at this site are responsible for compliance with all local laws, rules, and regulations.
