Getting a New MBTA Password

If you don't know your current password, call the IT Help Desk at 617-222-5761.

After IT sets your new password, we recommend changing it to something that’s easier to remember and only you will know—just make sure it still meets IT's security requirements.

You can also keep the password IT gave you and return to the login screen.
